Ordering

To place your order online, select the product and size then proceed to add the item to your cart. Once you have entered your correct email address, billing, shipping information, select your payment method. All orders (except Pre – order and Custom made items) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving the payment.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. If your order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email, which confirms that your order has been placed .

Please keep in mind that customized items have an approximate 2 – 4 weeks lead time before they are ready to be shipped

We accept payments by MasterCard, VISA & PayPal. Pricing on our website is displayed in 4 currencies:  Georgian Lari; US Dollars, Euros and Russian Rubles.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Shipping Information

MALAT offers free standard shipping worldwide and orders are delivered between 3 to 10 days, for those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and express shipping cost is 50 USD.

Please note Pre – Order and Customized items will be shipped after 1-4 Weeks, for more details please check information below each product.

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Same Day Delivery

We are pleased to offer a Same Day delivery service in Georgia.

Shipping Times

Place your order by 11 am local time and your MALAT purchase will be with you by 8 pm that same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 11 am local time will be delivered the following business day.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you would like to make changes to your order or the arranged delivery time, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.

We can attempt to cancel your purchase if you change your mind, however as Same Day orders are prioritized, cancellations for these orders are not always possible. You can instead return your order for a refund (in this case you may have to pay shipping cost).

Pleas Note: If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

 

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving the payment.We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your MALAT account.

 

Taxes & Duties

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order inside Georgia, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in Georgia, MALAT does not take responsibility for duties and taxes applied in any other country of delivery, and you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority.
